VS Industry Bhd is seeking a Purchasing Officer/Executive to manage daily purchasing needs at our Senai, Johor site. The role focuses on translating customer forecasts into supplier orders and ensuring material availability for production plans.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration and may have up to one year of purchasing experience. Willingness to work in Senai, Johor is required.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 1 year purchasing experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Senai, Johor.

Mansioni

• Receive forecast from customer and distribute to vendor.
• Issue Purchase Order (PO) to supplier based on forecast, call in material based on production plan.
• Ensure sufficient material for production plan.
• Responsible for daily operational purchasing needs.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior management.
