Job summary

V.s.-Industry-Berhad in Senai, Johor is seeking a purchasing professional to manage forecast-based sourcing and daily purchasing operations. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Business Administrative and preferably 1 year of purchasing experience in a manufacturing setting.

You will issue POs to suppliers, ensure material availability for production, and support production planning. You will also handle ad-hoc tasks as directed by management and work on-site in Senai.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administrative or equivalent required.
• 1 year of purchasing experience is an advantage.
• Able to work at Senai, Johor area.

Responsibilities

• Receive forecast from customer and distribute to vendor.
• Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers based on forecast and call in material per production plan.
• Ensure sufficient material for the production plan.
• Responsible for daily operational purchasing needs.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior management.
