AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to support material planning, supplier coordination, and PO management in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role collaborates with Planning, Production, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure timely material availability. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in a related field and has 2–4 years of purchasing experience, with preference for EMS/OEM/electronics & electrical manufacturing

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• Experience in EMS / OEM / Electronics & Electrical manufacturing preferred.
• Strong understanding of MRP, inventory planning, and supply chain processes.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.
• Able to work independently in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute purchasing activities to support production and prototype builds.
• Manage and monitor Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to ensure material availability.
• Issue and manage purchase orders based on agreed pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and minimize excess, obsolete, or shortage risks.
• Resolve supplier delivery, quality, and invoice-related issues effectively.
• Support cost reduction initiatives including freight optimization and supplier negotiations.
• Maintain accurate purchasing data and planning parameters within ERP/MRP systems.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including Planning, Production, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.

We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Purchaser to support our procurement and supply chain operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for material planning, supplier coordination, purchase order management, and ensuring timely material availability to support production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Execute purchasing activities to support production and prototype builds.

Manage and monitor Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to ensure material availability.
