Job summary

Continuum Hospitality Group Sl is seeking a Procurement Executive in Kuala Lumpur to source, purchase, and manage suppliers for daily F&B operations, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.

You will negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with vendors, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with kitchen and operations to forecast demand while maintaining quality compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or related field.
• 2–4 years procurement experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good knowledge of food products, ingredients, and supply chain processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
