Job summary

IoTronix Technologies Sdn Bhd in Bayan Lepas, Penang, is seeking an experienced procurement professional. The role focuses on tracking PO acknowledgements, supplier delivery, and negotiation to secure favorable terms for the company.

You will manage supplier relationships regionally, coordinate with internal teams on quality and delivery risks, and lead strategic sourcing projects to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, business administration or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and proactive communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work proactively and independently with good time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Mandarin, English, and Malay language skills are an advantage for engaging with diverse suppliers and stakeholders.
