About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Purchasing (Assistant Manager / Manager) to oversee our procurement operations, vendor relationships, and cost-management strategies. In this role, you will ensure our business gets high-quality materials and services on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing: Lead product, material, and service sourcing to optimize costs and supply chain efficiency.

• Vendor & Contract Management: Identify reliable suppliers, lead contract and price negotiations, and monitor vendor performance (KPIs/SLAs).

• Inventory & Orders: Oversee daily purchasing workflows, review/approve Purchase Orders (POs), and partner with warehouse/inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels.

• Cost Optimization: Track procurement budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain compliance with corporate purchasing policies.

• Team Leadership: (Manager Level) Supervise, guide, and support the daily operations of the purchasing team.

Key Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • Assistant Manager: 3-4 years in procurement/purchasing

  • Manager: 5+ years in procurement/purchasing, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.

• Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel skills, proven negotiation track record, strong vendor management, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.
