Job summary

Ninja Van is seeking a focused PUDO Operations & Partnerships Coordinator to manage day-to-day PUDO services across East Malaysia. You will monitor regional operations, coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse, Sales and KAM, and ensure SOP compliance and service quality.

You will lead partner acquisition and onboarding, support fleet activities, analyze performance data, train partners, and foster strong relationships to drive growth and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• English written and verbal communication is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; comfortable with operational data.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Metabase or Redash is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily PUDO operations across the region.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Identify and onboard new PUDO partners.
• Maintain strong partner relationships and provide support.
• Deliver training and product knowledge to partners.
• Analyse data to drive improvements in turnaround time and cost efficiency.
