Lenovo is seeking a Sr. Solutions & Services Sales Executive to accelerate growth in Malaysia, focusing on the Public Sector.

The role requires deep government relationship building and consultative selling to expand services wallet share across DaaS, DWS, and managed lifecycle offerings. The ideal candidate has 12+ years in enterprise technology sales, proven Malaysia Public Sector selling experience, and strong stakeholder engagement across ministries and GLCs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise technology, solutions, or services sales.
• Must have Malaysia Public Sector selling experience with government entities.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia Public Sector buying cycles, tender/RFP processes, and compliance.
• Proven consultative, services-led selling with pipeline discipline.
• Knowledge of DaaS, DWS, managed endpoint, lifecycle, workplace transformation services.
• Excellent executive communication; fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Legal right to work in Malaysia.
• Experience in enterprise, financial services, manufacturing, education, healthcare, or transportation contexts.

Responsibilities

• Grow SSG IDG services penetration across Malaysia Public Sector accounts in DaaS, DWS, managed endpoint, lifecycle, and sustainability.
• Identify business challenges and position services-led solutions to improve employee experience and device lifecycle.
• Build account plans, create qualified pipeline, and drive opportunities across Public Sector customers.
• Own opportunity qualification, forecast discipline, and quarterly target achievement for SSG IDG offerings.
• Collaborate with hardware sales, delivery, and product teams to shape integrated device-plus-services proposals.
• Lead the consultative sales lifecycle from discovery to closure with stakeholders.
• Engage executives and present Lenovo SSG value propositions and commercial models.
• Track government procurement trends and market movements.
