Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications or strategic communications.
• Experience in leading a team of communications professionals.
• Excellent writing, narrative building and communications skills.
• Solid grasp of the Malaysian media landscape with regional/tech media awareness.

• Define regional communications strategies to support business objectives across Southeast Asia.
• Lead thought leadership initiatives and manage executive profiling opportunities.
• Oversee content development: press releases, long-form articles, speeches and talking points.
• Cultivate relationships with regional/local media and manage spokespeople.
• Develop and manage crisis communications and holding statements.
• Lead and mentor the regional communications team and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, HR and other teams for integrated communications.
