Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd is seeking a GROUP SENIOR MANAGER, CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS to lead strategic communications for a fast-growing tech-enabled car platform. You will shape enterprise narratives, align policy insights, and drive investor communications in a high-growth, public-market context.

You will advise the C-suite, manage media relations, and coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Investor Relations to protect and elevate the company's reputation and enterprise value.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of corporate communications experience, preferably in tech or publicly traded environments.
• Strong business and financial acumen with ability to translate complex matters into clear narratives.
• Experience advising senior leaders and engaging influential stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage reputational risk and protect enterprise value.
• Excellent writing and messaging skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide communications strategy to strengthen capital-market visibility.
• Monitor macroeconomic, regulatory, and industry developments for proactive positioning.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Investor Relations on earnings materials and announcements.
• Establish crisis frameworks and rapid-response guidelines to protect reputation.
• Prepare messaging and media materials for C-suite across events and earnings calls.
• Build strategic relationships with industry bodies, policymakers, and ESG stakeholders.
