Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Service Attendant – Public Area to join the Housekeeping team. This role focuses on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in restaurants, restrooms, and public areas, while upholding the property’s premium guest service image.

You should be passionate about guest service and capable of clear communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. The position is based in Kuala Lumpur and offers development opportunities within a luxury hotel

Qualifications

• A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
• Able to communicate clearly in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine duties in cleaning and servicing of restaurants, restrooms, offices and other areas under the supervision of a Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Promote positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also be able to address guest requests and relevant inquiries.
• Ensures all cleaning supplies, equipment and chemicals in utility trolley are sufficient and proceeds to the assigned area.
• Ensures that cleaning is done systematically.
