Responsibilities

• Process purchase-to-pay accounting transactions accurately and in line with internal procedures.
• Review invoices and supporting documents to ensure records are complete and correct.
• Maintain supplier account records and resolve transaction queries in a timely manner.
• Prepare payment-related information to support accurate processing.
• Reconcile relevant accounting records and investigate variances.
• Update financial data within accounting systems to maintain clear and reliable records.
• Work with internal stakeholders to gather information and resolve invoice or payment matters.
• Support period-end accounting activities by providing accurate purchase-to-pay data.
