Job summary

Azelis Malaysia is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our finance team in Shah Alam. You will handle month-end tasks, analyze LC/DC, and ensure accurate booking of supplier invoices while resolving mismatches promptly.

The role requires maintaining vendor master data, timely payments to vendors and employees, and strict adherence to SOPs and WI. You will support KPI targets and back up the PTP process as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle month-end tasks related to AP analyses and accruals.
• Identify and resolve mismatches in supplier invoices; escalate when needed.
• Maintain accuracy of vendor master data and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Adhere to SOPs and WI; update documents when required.
• Support KPI targets and back up PTP processes as needed.

Job description

Responsible in month end tasks related to LC/DC analysis, GIT PO accruals, etc; Identify any mismatches in booking of supplier invoices and solve problems in timely manner, escalade to senior accountants/supervisor/local team if needed. Maintain vendor master data. Timely payment to vendor and employee Follow SOP and Working Instructions strictly in daily operation, update SOP and WI in a timely basis. Good understanding of AP workflows and contribute to meet the KPI target. Back up for team member of PTP process and support ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
