Job summary

Swisslog is hiring a PTP Accountant in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, offering hybrid work arrangements and exposure to SAP, VIM, and Concur within a global robotics environment.

You will validate and process vendor invoices, manage expense claims, reconcile banking and credit card activity, and contribute to month-end close and audit processes while collaborating with procurement and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Korean to process invoices and communicate with local team.
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Validate, review, and process vendor invoices in SAP with PO, GR, tax, and policy compliance.
• Download and submit recurring bills and supplier invoices via VIM for approval and posting.
• Review employee expense claims in Concur and act as Concur Admin.
• Reconcile credit card transactions and prepare GJ entries for monthly close.
• Record payments and reimbursements in SAP with proper accounting treatment.
• Perform month-end close activities including AP aging reviews and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve invoice exceptions and workflow issues.
• Support audits by providing AP schedules and documentation.
