Job summary

MY10 Electrolux Home Appliances Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced PTP specialist in Petaling Jaya to manage full-cycle accounts payable processes, ensure accurate invoice handling and timely approvals.

You will scan invoices, perform GRIR reconciliations, and work with SAP and ERP systems while supporting month-end closings and SLA targets. Hybrid work and employee development are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in PTP processing.
• Experience with invoice scanning systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP).
• Familiarity with GRIR accounts and reconciliation processes.
• Strong knowledge of PTP processes and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle PTP processing with timely invoice handling.
• Receive, pre-validate, and scan paper and PDF invoices.
• Perform matching of invoices for direct, finished, and indirect materials.
• Prepare GL account reconciliations for PTP.
• Assist month-end closing and CLOCO tasks.
• Monitor SLA: process invoices within 3 days.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments.

What you''ll do :-

Responsible for full-cycle PTP processing, ensuring accurate and timely handling of invoices Receive, pre-validate, and scan paper and PDF invoices. Monitor scanning processes and rectify any errors to ensure all documents are correctly digitized.Issues are being escalated and raised on timely manner Perform manual and automatic matching of invoices for direct materials, finished goods, and indirect materials. Prepare analysis of Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRIR) accounts and investigate discrepancies. Monitor quantity and price error reports and implement corrective actions Provide coding for FI invoices and update the coding matrix as necessary. Send reminders to approvers and certifiers to expedite invoice approvals. Review and verify the correctness of approved invoices. Distribute invoices electronically for approval and follow up on pending approvals. Process travel expense reports, validate receipts, and resolve compliance issues. Prepare GL account reconciliations assigned to the PTP department. Assist in month-end closing activities ( CLOCO task ,reclassification & adjustments )and generate relevant reports Ensure invoices are being processed within 3 days of SLA Handle external and internal queries related to PTP. Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to ensure smooth PTP operations. Able to back up line managers as and when required Update work related trackers Able to initiate meetings with stakeholders when issues arises Ensure invoices are being process according to ECS & compliances

Who you are :-

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in PTP processing. Experience with invoice scanning systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP). Familiarity with GRIR accounts and reconciliation processes. Strong knowledge of PTP processes and accounting principles. Proficiency in SAP systems and accounting software. Analytical skills to investigate and resolve discrepancies. Excellent communication skills for handling queries. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

This is a full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor and you will be reporting to Assistant Manager, Procure to Pay.
