Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad seeks ambitious full-time sales professionals in Malaysia to advise clients on investment plans, education plans, income replacement, and takaful products. The role involves engaging via social media channels and responding to inquiries, with comprehensive training and marketing support.

You will help clients choose protection and investment solutions, leveraging a flexible time and location setup and aiming for growth in a dynamic financial services environment.

Responsabilités

• Advise customers on financial products such as Investment Plans, Education Plans, income replacement plans, business insurance, Medical hospitalization plan, Hibah Takaful, and heritage management.
• Respond to customer inquiries via FB, FB Ads, IG, status and other social media platforms (training provided).
• Training and marketing materials will be provided.
• Advise clients on Protection, Investment, and Takaful products according to their financial needs.

You will play an essential role in

• To advise customers on financial products such as Investment Plans, Education Plans, income replacement plans, business insurance, Medical hospitalization plan, Hibah Takaful, and heritage management.
• We advertise on FB, FB Ads, IG, status & other social media platforms to respond to customer inquiries. (FREE Training, Online Coaching & practicals will be provided)
• Training & Marketing materials will be provided
• To advise clients on Protection, Investment, and Takaful products according to their financial needs. (Will only meet clients if necessary)

To be successful in this role, you will need to have

• 25- 45 years old
• Minimun SPM or equivalent with minimum 2 years working experience
• Min. average income RM1,500 based on the last drawn salary over the past 3 months
• Must be a Full-Time agent
• Preferable with Diploma or Degree in any field
• Working experience in sales and marketing as an added value
• Ability to work independently and on mobile
• Good Interpersonal skill
• Clear from CTOS & CCRIS (current)
• Strong passion for helping others and making a positive impact on their financial well-being.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
