Ranbaxy (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, a SUN PHARMA company, in Sungai Petani, Kedah, is seeking a Senior Officer – Production (Pharmacist) to support our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. This full-time role emphasizes GMP compliance, production planning, and accurate documentation to ensure on-time delivery of quality medicines.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Pharmacist with Poison License A, holds a FRP degree, and has strong organizational, communication, and IT skills.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with registration and Poison License A, ready for production setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical studies required.
• Familiarity with GMP and quality documentation is preferred.
• Experience in production planning or manufacturing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations comply with GMP and Poison Act 1952.
• Minimize production interruptions due to documentation.
• Manage psychotropic and controlled item handling in the plant.
• Support Manager and Executive with production dept documentation.
• Coordinate Training Coordination in Production Department.
• Ensure timely training of production personnel.
• Update production organization charts and job descriptions as needed.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to GMP compliance and Trackwise COA actions.
