Job summary

Using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI, you will prepare reports, present findings to management, address service gaps, and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Business, Analytics or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; insurance/healthcare analytics preferred.
• Knowledge of life insurance and/or healthcare; strong MS Office and Power BI skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor provider performance and cost indicators; support affordability and outcomes.
• Perform analytical assessments for provider performance monitoring and cost analysis.
• Manage onboarding, empanelment, and compliance for healthcare providers.
• Develop partnerships with healthcare providers to enable service quality and governance.
• Drive provider engagement and collaborations to enhance visibility and access.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and management updates for decision-making.
• Address service gaps, handle complaints, and drive process improvements.
• Participate in training for personal and career development.
• Undertake projects and other duties as required.
