Job summary

Experience in insurance, healthcare, provider management, and analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor provider performance and cost indicators to improve outcomes.
Perform analyses to support provider performance monitoring and cost insights.
Manage onboarding, empanelment, and compliance for providers.
Develop partnerships with healthcare providers for governance and collaboration.
Drive provider engagement, marketing collaborations, and customer access.
Prepare reports and updates to support decision-making.
Address service gaps and drive continuous improvements per standards.
Engage in training and undertake assigned projects as needed.
