Job summary

SQA Builders Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic Protégé Site Supervisor to join our civil and structural engineering team in Selangor. This full-time role offers mentorship under experienced supervisors whilst progressively taking on day-to-day site operations and construction management responsibilities.

You will supervise on-site activities, monitor progress, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and maintain accurate site records to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Understanding of construction processes and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with high quality standards on site.
• Proficiency with MS Office and construction software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervision and coordination of on-site activities.
• Monitor daily progress and report to senior management.
• Coordinate with site workers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct regular site inspections for workmanship and safety.
• Maintain accurate site records and logs.
• Assist in safety, health and environmental procedures on site.
• Support management of site resources including equipment and materials.
• Liaise with clients, architects and engineers to address concerns.
• Participate in site meetings and safety briefings.
• Learn construction methodologies and project management under supervision.
