Job summary

Global Turbine Asia Sdn Bhd (GTA) in Malaysia is seeking a quality assistant to support documentation, audits, and continuous improvement within the Part 145 environment. The role focuses on maintaining MOE, SMS, procedures, forms, and records, while assisting in supplier and internal audits.

You will help investigate quality findings, monitor corrective actions, and assist in data analysis and reporting while ensuring compliance with approved manuals and work instructions.

Qualifications

• Assist in maintaining quality and SMS documentation (MOE, SMS Manual, procedures, forms, records).
• Assist in internal quality audits within the Part 145 environment, including supplier audits.
• Assist in investigations of quality findings, incidents, or non-compliances.

• Assist in maintaining and updating Quality and SMS documentation (MOE, SMS Manual, procedures, forms, records).
• Assist in conducting internal quality audits within the Part 145 environment, including supplier audits.
• Assist in preparation of audits from external parties.
• Participate in investigations of quality findings, incidents, or non-compliances.
• Assist in monitoring corrections and corrective actions.
• Assist in implementation of systems in compliance with approved manuals, procedures, or work instructions.
• Support compliance monitoring activities in accordance with Part 145 requirements.
• Assist in data analysis and preparation of quality performance reports.
• Assist in the implementation of SMS processes, including safety reporting.
• Assist in processing personnel authorization applications within the Part 145 environment.
• Assist in creating and disseminating quality newsletters within GTA.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Department.
