SD Guthrie Berhad invites Malaysian graduates to join the Protégé Programme for the Feb 2027 intake. The 1-year programme offers placements in Upstream (Northern Region) and regional offices such as HR and Finance, with a structured development plan and leadership training.

Participants will experience 1-week leadership training and a year of on-the-job learning, plus medical and insurance coverage, as well as annual and sick leave to support career growth in the agribusiness sector.

Qualificações

• Malaysian graduates from local or international universities.
• Degree in one of the listed fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.7.
• Current unemployment status as per eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Join Upstream (Northern Region) and Regional Office as part of the 1-year Protégé Programme.
• Participate in 1-week leadership training and year-long on-the-job learning to develop core skills.
