SD Guthrie Berhad invites Malaysian graduates to apply for the PROTÉGÉ Programme intake in February 2027, focused on Upstream (Northern Region).

This 1-year programme offers on-the-job training across Plantation Operations and Mills Operations, plus a 1-week leadership training and a personalized Individual Development Plan. Medical and insurance coverage are provided; only shortlisted candidates will be notified. Deadlines: 20 December 2026.

Formación

• Malaysian graduates from local or international universities who are currently unemployed.
• Minimum CGPA of 2.7 for the listed degree fields.
• Degree holder in Agricultural, Plantation Management, Horticulture, Agribusiness, Mechanical Engineering, Bio Engineering, Human Resources, Data Science, or Business Administration.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in the PROTÉGÉ Programme across Upstream (Northern Region).
• Receive 1-week leadership training and 1-year on-the-job training.
• Develop an Individual Development Plan (IDP) to guide your career growth.
• Benefit from medical and insurance coverage during the programme.
