SD Guthrie Berhad invites Malaysian graduates to join a 1-year Protégé Programme in Upstream (Central West Region), based in Melaka/Negeri Sembilan. The intake supports development through structured training and on-the-job exposure.

Successful candidates receive leadership training, an Individual Development Plan, medical coverage and annual/sick leave as part of the programme.

Competenze

• Malaysian graduates (local or international) who are currently unemployed.
• Degree field with a minimum CGPA of 2.7.
• Fields include Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural, Plantation Management, Plant Science, Horticulture, Agribusiness and Bio Engineering.

Mansioni

• Participate in a 1-year Upstream protégé programme with hands-on training.
• Attend a 1-week leadership training as part of the programme.
• Develop an Individual Development Plan (IDP) to guide career growth.
