SD Guthrie Berhad invites Malaysian graduates to join the PROTÉGÉ Programme (Feb 2027 intake). This 1-year Innovation & Technology traineeship spans departments from Biotechnology & Breeding to Data Science and Processing Technology, offering broad hands-on experience across our agri-tech operations.

The programme includes a 7-day leadership training, a personal Development Plan, medical and insurance coverage, and annual leave, all aimed at developing essential skills for a competitive edge.

Competenze

• Degree in the listed fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.7.
• Malaysian graduates from local and international universities who are currently unemployed.
• Willing to travel to Banting, or Carey Island Selangor for work.
• Agronomist Trainees to be based in Estate locations.
