SD Guthrie Berhad invites Malaysian graduates to join the PROTÉGÉ Programme for Feb 2027 intake in the Upstream (Central East Region). The 1-year programme combines on-the-job training with a tailored development plan across Plantation and Mills Operations.

Applicants should be local graduates with CGPA 2.7+ and be currently unemployed, ready to begin a fast-track career in the palm oil industry. Apply by 20 December 2026.

Formación

• Degree holder in the listed fields with CGPA 2.7+.
• Malaysian graduates currently unemployed.
• Willing to be posted to Selangor or Pahang.
