SD Guthrie Berhad invites Malaysian graduates to join its PROTÉGÉ Programme at the Langat Refinery for a 1-year development track across core departments including Production, Engineering, HR, Quality and IT. The programme offers leadership training, on-the-job experience, and an individual development plan designed to elevate early career growth.

Successful candidates will receive medical and insurance coverage along with annual and sick leave.

Qualifications

• Malaysian graduates from local or international universities who are currently unemployed.
• Degree holders in the listed fields with CGPA 2.7 or higher.
• Willing to participate in a 1-year PROTÉGÉ Programme across multiple departments.

Responsabilités

• Participate in a structured 1-year training programme across Shipping, Maintenance & Engineering, HR/Admin, Production, Quality, IT/Security, and Finance.
• Rotate through departments to gain hands-on experience and develop leadership capabilities.
• Contribute to department projects and development plans as part of the Individual Development Plan.
