SD Guthrie Berhad invites Malaysian graduates to join our PROTÉGÉ Programme for Feb 2027 Intake in the Upstream (Sabah Region). The 1-year programme develops talent across R&D, Mills Operations and Plantation Operations, with hands-on training and mentorship.

Successful applicants will receive a 1-week leadership training plus a full year of on-the-job development, plus an Individual Development Plan and medical & insurance coverage.

Qualifikationen

• Malaysian graduates with CGPA ≥ 2.7 from listed fields.
