SD Guthrie International (Port Klang Refinery) invites Malaysian graduates to join its PROTÉGÉ Programme for February 2027 intake. The 1-year programme spans Human Resources, Health & Safety, Quality Control, Production, Project Management, Engineering, Finance & Procurement, Shipping & Logistics, with on-the-job training and leadership development.

Applicants should be local or international graduates unemployed, CGPA 2.7+, and hold a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Malaysian graduates from local or international universities.
• Minimum CGPA of 2.7.
• Fields of study: HR, Management/Business, Chemistry, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Join SD Guthrie International's Protégé Programme for February 2027 intake across listed departments.
• Complete 1-year on-the-job training with a structured development plan.
• Participate in individual development planning, and onboard with leadership training.
