Job summary

A leading aerospace company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a professional to manage their Protégé Program. This includes overseeing recruitment, training, and liaising with government stakeholders. The ideal candidate must have a degree in Human Resource Management or similar, along with 5 years of experience in human capital development. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential. The position offers a permanent role with a focus on people development and project management.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in managing large human capital development and ICP programs.
• Experience with government entities/agencies is an advantage.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Protégé Program including monitoring and training.
• Identify and hire Protégé candidates as required by Hiring Managers.
• Coordinate internal and external training for Protégé participants.
