Job summary

UEM Edgenta Berhad is seeking a Biomedical/Electronics Engineering graduate to assist in BEMS equipment audits and documentation at multiple hospital sites. You will support competency programs and contribute to cost-saving initiatives across 16 hospitals, participating in LEAN and GP planning activities under the BEMS umbrella.

The role emphasizes stakeholder communication, maintenance planning, and technical reporting to support ageing asset management and continuous improvement in healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics Engineering Technology.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Passion for healthcare engineering services and maintenance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in BEMS Equipment Audit processes and documentation.
• Support the execution of the BEMS Technical Competency Programme.

• Contribute to HEPPM tasks, Type Code standardization, and other technical projects.
• Assist Manager BEMS in Continuous Improvement Programs and Green Productivity (GP) planning.
• Support follow-up efforts and improvement plans on ageing assets across 16 hospitals.
• Provide support in preparing technical advice and condition appraisal reports for site hospitals.
• Assist with Breakdown Maintenance and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities at site level.
