Job summary

UEM Edgenta Berhad is launching a Graduate Trainee Program (GeT) under the PROTÉGÉ umbrella. The 8‑month initiative blends career development training with practical on‑the‑job training to equip graduates with essential skills and workplace exposure for a progressive career.

Responsibilities include coordinating project meetings, preparing and distributing documents, maintaining records, tracking progress, and supporting quality monitoring and compliance within a dynamic project environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the specified fields or relevant area.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn in a project setting.
• Basic proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling and minutes.
• Prepare, compile and distribute project documents and reports.
• Assist with document control and record management.
• Support monitoring of project progress and action tracking.
• Assist in quality monitoring and compliance activities.
• Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating project meetings, including scheduling, preparing attendance lists, recording key decisions and preparing meeting minutes.
• Support the preparation, compilation and distribution of project documents and reports to internal teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Assist with document control and record management, ensuring project documents are properly organised and maintained.
• Support the Project Team in monitoring project progress, tracking action items and highlighting potential issues or delays.
• Assist in quality monitoring and compliance activities to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager, Project Coordinator and Resident Engineer as required.

Job Requirements
