Job summary

An Ju Global Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated Property Sales Consultant to promote residential and commercial projects, leveraging company leads and marketing support.

This role offers a monthly basic salary of RM3,500–RM4,000, plus attractive commissions; top performers can exceed RM10,000 monthly. You will handle client inquiries, conduct property viewings, coordinate bookings and loans, and work with the marketing team to convert leads into sales.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome, property or sales experience is a plus.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven with consistent follow-up.
• Willingness to work on weekends or holidays for viewings/events/launches.

Responsibilities

• Promote residential and commercial property projects to local and international clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options.
• Follow up company-generated leads via phone/WhatsApp and other channels.
• Conduct project presentations, property viewings and professional sales consultations.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers.
• Coordinate with marketing to convert enquiries into appointments and sales.
• Attend property launches, roadshows and sales events.
• Stay updated on project details, pricing, promotions and market trends.
• Guide clients through booking, documentation and loan coordination.
• Aim to meet individual and team sales targets.
