JL AFFLUENT seeks motivated Property Sales Negotiators to focus on new-launch and under-construction condominium projects. You will introduce projects to buyers, arrange showroom visits, and guide them through the purchasing process.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and presentation skills, with a track record in property sales. Fresh negotiators welcome; REN/REA credentials may be required. We offer attractive commissions and room to grow in development sales across Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell new-launch and under-construction condominium projects
• Generate and follow up with potential buyers through online enquiries, referrals, and other marketing channels

• Explain project details, including layouts, facilities, location, pricing, payment schedules, and estimated completion timelines
• Arrange and conduct showroom visits, presentations, and property viewings
• Build and maintain good relationships with prospective buyers
• Follow up consistently with interested customers and guide them through the booking process
• Keep updated on project information, market trends, and competing developments
• Work closely with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets

Property Sales Negotiator - New Launch & Under-Construction Projects

We are looking for motivated Property Sales Negotiators to join our team, focusing mainly on new-launch and under-construction condominium projects. This opportunity is suitable for both experienced property agents who want to expand their project portfolio and motivated individuals who are passionate about property sales. You will be responsible for introducing new property projects to potential buyers, understanding their needs, arranging showroom visits, and guiding them throughout the purchasing process.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell new-launch and under-construction condominium projects
• Generate and follow up with potential buyers through online enquiries, referrals, and other marketing channels
• Understand customers' budgets, preferences, and property investment or homeownership needs
• Explain project details, including layouts, facilities, location, pricing, payment schedules, and estimated completion timelines
• Arrange and conduct showroom visits, presentations, and property viewings
• Build and maintain good relationships with prospective buyers
• Follow up consistently with interested customers and guide them through the booking process
• Keep updated on project information, market trends, and competing developments
• Work closely with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets

About you

• Previous experience in property sales is an advantage
• Experience selling new launches or under-construction properties is highly preferred
• Registered with a Malaysian real estate agency, with the relevant REN/REA credentials where applicable
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented
• Comfortable meeting clients and conducting showroom presentations
• Able to work independently while collaborating with the team
