Job summary

PRIMA MAJU DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD. invites a proactive Sales Executive to join our Melaka project team in Jasin.

You will attend to sales enquiries, assist walk-in customers, and guide purchasers through the full sales journey, including documentation and housing loan applications. Collaborating with the marketing team, you will organise events and campaigns, perform market research, and build lasting relationships with customers and business partners.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma in any relevant field.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the property development and construction industries.
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners.
• A proactive team player who is passionate about sales, confident in meeting people and keen to pursue new sales opportunities.
• Self-motivated, determined and genuinely interested in the property industry.
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude and minimal supervision.
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willing to participate in property exhibitions, promotional events and other sales-related activities as required.
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel when necessary.
• Willing to work at the project site in Jasin, Melaka, and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to sales enquiries and assist walk-in customers and prospective purchasers at the sales gallery.
• Follow up with prospective purchasers and assist buyers throughout the sales process, including the completion of sales documentation and housing loan applications.
• Liaise and coordinate with solicitors, bankers, purchasers and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and timely completion of sales transactions.
• Prepare sales reports, maintain accurate sales records and perform general administrative duties as required.
• Work closely with the advertising and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
• Assist in organising marketing events, property exhibitions, promotional activities and other sales-related events.
• Conduct market research to identify property market trends, customer preferences, potential sales opportunities and competitor activities.
• Maintain good relationships with prospective purchasers and existing customers through effective communication and follow-up.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales and marketing team as required.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
