Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification in any field.
• Property sales experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and customer-oriented.
• Possess own transport and willing to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's properties to potential buyers.
• Attend to customer enquiries and conduct property presentations and viewings.
• Assist buyers with bank loans, bookings, SPA signing and related procedures.
• Follow up with customers to achieve sales targets.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Perform any other ad-hoc task as and when required.
