Job summary

Avantex Project Sdn Bhd in Selangor is seeking a Sales Executive to promote and sell residential and commercial property developments. You will handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp and social media, and provide professional sales consultations.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. You will coordinate with marketing for campaigns, assist buyers through booking, loan applications, and documentation, and travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in property sales and customer relationship management.
• Self-motivated, proactive, responsible and target-driven.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property presentations, project briefings, sales gallery visits and show unit viewings.
• Follow up with potential purchasers, maintain customer relationships and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Assist customers throughout the property purchasing process, including booking arrangements, loan application coordination and sales documentation.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns, lead generation activities and sales events.
• Participate in property launches, roadshows, exhibitions, sales campaigns and other promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate customer databases, sales records, booking information and follow-up reports.
• Monitor sales progress and work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments, bankers, solicitors and relevant parties to facilitate smooth sales transactions.
• Provide good after-sales service and maintain positive relationships with purchasers.
• Travel between different project sites, sales galleries and other assigned locations when required.
