The Property Sales Executive role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Johor Baharu, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves actively promoting and selling residential properties, managing sales inquiries, conducting property viewings, and following up with prospective buyers throughout the sales cycle. The Property Sales Executive will prepare and present sales proposals, explain pricing and financing options, and support purchasers through booking, documentation, and handover processes. Daily activities include maintaining accurate records in the sales system, collaborating with marketing teams on campaigns and events, and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs. The role also requires building strong relationships with buyers, agents, and internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets and deliver a positive customer experience.
