Job summary

Newfields Land Sdn Bhd – Cheras, Kuala Lumpur is hiring a Property Sales Agent/Executive to sell and promote properties and achieve sales targets. The role involves handling sales enquiries, supporting launches and roadshows, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in property sales or related fields, strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and is willing to travel within Cheras, Selangor.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or higher is accepted.
• Fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin preferred.
• 1+ year in property sales or related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of sales & marketing and computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Attend all sales enquiries and assist in sales launches, marketing activities and roadshows.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Assist in Marketing Research.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns and strategies.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

What do you need to have to be successful in this role?

• Candidate possess SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the property industry/ related field is required for this position.
