S P Setia Berhad is seeking a Sales Associate for a 2-year fixed term contract in Penang. The role focuses on lead follow-up, presenting to clients, and meeting sales targets, with duties spanning booking submissions, purchaser verification, and coordinating via HIMS.

You will liaise with purchasers, bankers, and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions and loan processes, while managing purchaser files, SPA signing, and timely payment follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience (property sales preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; results-driven with accountability.

Responsabilités

• Lead follow-up, customer presentations, and achieving sales targets.
• Booking submissions, purchaser verification, system entry (MHub/IFCA), and e-SPA coordination via HIMS.
• Liaise with purchasers, bankers, and solicitors to ensure smooth transaction and loan process.
• Manage purchaser files, SPA signing, and payment follow-ups.
