Job summary

Genting Malaysia is seeking a capable Property/Assets Administrator to support the Manager by compiling, verifying, and organizing documentation for the company’s properties and assets. You will help derive portfolio level statistics and ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, a bachelor's degree in land/property management or related fields, and proficiency with MS Office and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Land Management, Property Management, Real Estate, Housing, Planning & Building, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager to compile, verify, organize and analyze documents of the Company's properties/assets to derive portfolio level statistics.
• Track, update and maintain documentary records for properties/assets including files, approvals, land titles, and relevant documents.
• Deal with authorities & consultants on properties/assets matters.
• Handle full spectrum of administration duties within the department including coordinating and arranging meetings & preparing appointments.
• Ensure proper and accurate filing for all correspondence and documents, and assist in preparation of reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals, and reports.
