The intern will assist in documentation, site visits, and coordination of maintenance activities while developing organisational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Building Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or any related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with good attention to detail.
• Able to work collaboratively with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills, with the ability to follow up on tasks and requests.
• Comfortable with site visits, documentation, and supporting day-to-day property operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and consolidation of daily maintenance and security reports
• Support security operations team in administrative tasks including CCTV footage requests and documentation
• Perform photo documentation for completed maintenance works and site condition records
• Assist in monitoring and following up on maintenance tickets and vendor scheduling activities
• Support coordination of minor and bulk maintenance requests under supervision
• Assist in urgent operational clearance requests and ad-hoc site support activities
• Support basic asset tracking, inventory updates, and maintenance record documentation
• Assist in small-scale project coordination, site checks, and contractor support tasks
• Provide cross-functional support exposure across security, maintenance, and project operations
