Job summary

Intel in Malaysia, Penang invites an intern to join Facilities Operations to support an effective maintenance program. You will help identify hazards, document processes, and contribute to JHA and FMEA activities on-site. The role requires pursuing a degree in a related field, with strong safety and communication skills.

The position is on-site, with shift 1, Malaysia location. As part of the team, you will collect data, assist in dashboard preparation, and participate in ad-hoc tasks to keep

Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing a degree in one of the specified fields.
• Experience with hazard assessment or safety documentation is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the TGCM team to identify potential hazards in various job tasks.
• Document and analyze job processes to ensure comprehensive hazard identification.
• Support the creation and updating of JHA documentation.
• Participate in FMEA sessions to identify potential failure modes in processes or products.
• Assist in the documentation and analysis of failure modes, effects, and criticality.
• Help in developing action plans to mitigate identified risks from JHA and FMEA.
• Maintaining training, operation documents or checklist on needs basis.
• Helping to collect, consolidate and arrange data from numerous sources for Dashboard creation.
• Any other ad-hoc operational task assigned by supervisor.
