The role requires a degree in Marketing, a professional qualification, 3–4 years in social media marketing, and strong writing and analytics skills. You will work independently on multiple tasks while upholding company procedures.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA/MICPA/CPA.
• 3–4 years in social media marketing or related field.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content strategy.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.

Responsabilités

• Execute the implementation of marketing activities for residential and commercial properties.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve KPIs.
• Identify appropriate platforms for marketing activities and monitor campaign effectiveness.
• Provide input on marketing strategies to support sales growth.
