BOLDD ADVERTISING SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Promoter to showcase printer and projector products at Digital Mall PJ. You will demonstrate features, answer questions, and guide customers toward suitable choices while maintaining an attractive display.

You’ll meet daily sales targets, process transactions, and participate in stock checks. Strong English and Malay skills help you engage customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in consumer electronics or technology products preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Malay.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work towards team goals.
• Willing to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Actively promote and demonstrate printer and projector products to customers at Digital Mall PJ

Provide detailed product information and highlight key features, benefits and specifications to potential buyers

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and recommend suitable products

Process sales transactions and complete point-of-sale procedures accurately and efficiently

Maintain an attractive and well-organised product display area

Meet daily and weekly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance goals

Handle customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy

Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and product specifications

Support the retail team with stock management and inventory checks as required

Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty

What we're looking for

Prior experience in retail, sales or a customer-facing role, preferably in consumer electronics or technology products

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers

Enthusiasm and passion for technology products, particularly printers and projectors

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple customer interactions

Basic product knowledge or willingness to quickly learn technical specifications and features

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to meet sales targets and work towards achieving team goals

Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required

Fluency in English and Malay, with additional language skills being advantageous

A positive attitude, reliability and professional presentation
