Calibre Events Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic retail sales associate in Malaysia to promote and demonstrate printers and projectors at the Larkin Junction Johor location. You will provide detailed product information, engage with customers, and efficiently process sales while maintaining an attractive display area.

Ideal candidates have prior retail or customer-facing experience, strong English and Malay communication, and a passion for technology products.

• Experience in retail, sales, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers.
• Willingness to learn product specifications and features of printers and projectors.

Responsabilités

• Promote and demonstrate printer and projector products to customers.
• Provide detailed product information and highlight key features and specifications.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and recommend suitable products.
• Process sales transactions and complete POS procedures accurately.
• Maintain an attractive and well-organised product display area.
• Meet daily and weekly sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Handle customer enquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, pricing, and product specs.
• Support stock management and inventory checks as required.
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
