Job summary

ROCKWOOL Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an organized Project Administrator to support the Asia Engineering Team (AET) with functional administration across reporting, records, and project coordination.

You will prepare and upload periodic reporting, maintain residency and services records, organize events, take meeting minutes, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in similar role.
• Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• Good English proficiency in both speech and writing
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• Ready to serve

Responsibilities
