Job summary

ROCKWOOL Group in Malaysia is seeking a driven Key Account Manager to grow relationships with strategic clients and drive revenue in the Malaysian market.

You will be the main contact for key accounts, develop strategic plans, negotiate terms, and coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development.
• Create and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.

• Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and pipeline.
• Resolve client issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in Malaysia.
