Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to lead daily project activities and site operations across multiple sites. You will coordinate engineers, vendors, contractors and project partners to ensure milestones are met and documentation is thorough.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with willingness to travel nationwide and manage tasks across on-site and remote teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, IT deployment, site operations, or team supervision.
• Proven leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple teams, tasks and project schedules.
• Willing to travel nationwide and possess own transport.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily project activities and site operations.
• Coordinate tasks among engineers, vendors, contractors, and project partners.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
• Ensure project milestones and deliverables are completed according to schedule.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to the Project Manager.
• Manage and motivate team members working on-site and remotely.
• Ensure compliance with project SOPs, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Validate completed work and ensure all required documentation is properly prepared.
• Act as the main point of contact for site teams, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain deployment reports, site acceptance forms, checklists, and other project documentation.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites nationwide when required.
• Must possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
• Able to work overtime during active project periods.
• Mileage, toll, and parking claims for on-site work.
• Medical leave provided.
• Phone allowance of up to RM50 per month.
• Overtime payment during active project periods, where applicable.

Outstation Allowance

• RM50 per night for Peninsular Malaysia.
• RM70 per night for Sabah and Sarawak.

Requirement: Must possess own transport
