Job summary

ECO ENGINEERS & SOLUTIONS SDN.BHD – Melaka, Melaka is seeking a responsible, motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. This role focuses on coordinating project activities from planning to completion, with travel to sites when required.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Engineering or Project Management, has 1–3 years of experience, and can work independently with strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma required (engineering or project management).
• 1–3 years in project coordination or related projects.
• Willing to travel and outstation when required.
• Base at Melaka Office and able to work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project activities from planning to completion.
• Attend site visits and project meetings.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, quotations, and progress updates.
• Follow up on project schedules, site works, materials, and outstanding issues.
• Ensure project activities are completed on time and to requirements.

• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Able to manage project schedules, site activities, documentation, and follow-up works.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel for project requirements.
• Base at Melaka Office.
• Salary to be discussed/finalised during interview session.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
